Information Accessed by the Web Part

Tabs operates within the Microsoft SharePoint environment and may access certain information available through the SharePoint page context or Microsoft APIs.

This may include:

• User display name

• SharePoint site information
• Page context information
• Configuration settings created by the page author

This information is accessed only within the SharePoint tenant where the web part is installed and only for the purpose of rendering and operating the web part.

Personal Data Collection

Tabs does not collect, transmit, or store personal data outside of Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 services.

All data used by the web part remains within the organization's Microsoft 365 tenant.

The web part does not:

• Track users
• Build user profiles
• Collect analytics
• Use cookies
• Send personal information to external services

Data Storage

Any configuration data for Tabs is stored using SharePoint's built-in web part property storage or other SharePoint-native storage mechanisms.

This data remains within the SharePoint environment controlled by the organization using the web part.

No data is stored on servers operated by WebPart Studio.

Data Sharing

Tabs does not share data with third parties.

All information accessed by the web part remains within the organization's Microsoft 365 tenant and is subject to the organization's Microsoft 365 security and compliance policies.

Third-Party Services

Tabs operates within the Microsoft ecosystem and may rely on the following services:

• Microsoft SharePoint Online
• Microsoft 365 services
• Microsoft Graph APIs

Use of these services is governed by Microsoft's own privacy and data protection policies.

Security

Tabs runs within the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) security model and uses the authentication and authorization mechanisms provided by Microsoft 365.

The web part operates with the permissions granted by SharePoint and cannot access information beyond those permissions.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect improvements to the web part or changes in applicable regulations.
